Built by a finance person,
for finance people
I'm Filip, the founder of WorkTiles. I've spent the last fifteen years in finance - and I built WorkTiles because I kept running into the same problem from every angle.
I started out as an auditor, and I watched well-run teams scramble at year-end for evidence that should have been one click away. Later, working on finance processes at larger companies, I saw how quickly structure breaks down when it lives in spreadsheets and inboxes instead of a system. And as a CFO myself, I ended up spending more time chasing status than reading numbers - and I knew my team was doing the same.
Every seat, the same pattern: smart people doing structured work in unstructured tools. The work spilled into spreadsheets, inboxes, and people's memories - and we paid for it every close, every audit, every handover.
I built WorkTiles to put that structure where it belongs - in the system, not in your head.
Less friction. More control.
Finance teams don't need another dashboard. They need a place where the work runs itself - recurring tasks generate on schedule, the close moves through its phases, audits build their own trail. WorkTiles is that place.
Built for the work behind the numbers
WorkTiles isn't a generic project tool retrofitted for finance. It's built around the work finance actually does - the close, reconciliations, recurring activities, audits, projects. The vocabulary, the workflows, the deadlines all match how finance teams operate.
One place, not a stack of tabs
Most finance teams run their work across spreadsheets, emails, shared drives, and a handful of point tools. WorkTiles holds the whole operation in one place - what's due, who owns it, where it stands, what it depends on. Less switching, less juggling, less in your head.
Quiet when things are on track
WorkTiles is designed to disappear when the work is going well. No dashboards to check, no status meetings to schedule. You hear from it when something needs you - and the rest of the time you can trust that it's running.
If this sounds familiar
If you spend the first hour of every month chasing what's due, the last week assembling what the auditor will want, and the days in between holding it all together - you're exactly the team I built WorkTiles for.
I'd love to show you what it looks like when the structure lives in the system instead of in your head.
Less in your head. More on the page.
